Matthew D. Carlson has spent his legal career helping workers understand their legal rights in the workplace and, if necessary, taking action to help vindicate those rights. Mr. Carlson has substantial experience litigating and resolving individual cases and large scale class actions against, for example, Fortune 500 companies, large agricultural businesses, "gig economy" companies, and mid-size businesses, in state and federal courts.
